This Mother’s Day weekend, step into Sip & Stay — a quiet, sensory tea encounter within our private room: 33 by Ten Yee Tea.
This is not a brewing workshop, nor a performance. It is a space designed for presence — a place to slow down, notice, and simply be. The tea is brewed and served for you, leaving you free to linger in the curated ambiance, surrounded by the quiet elegance of handpicked teaware and thoughtful details.
Each 1.5-hour session welcomes only 10 guests, offering room to explore our teaware showcase at your own pace. Every piece is selected for its story, texture, and timeless artistry. A plate of petite desserts is served with your tea, thoughtfully paired to keep you immersed in the moment.
To mark the occasion, we are adding a floral touch to the experience with Anjū Flower Studio. Guests who reserve online will receive a complimentary bloom and a personalised message card — a small keepsake to carry the memory home. Additional flowers will be available for purchase during the event. Complimentary blooms will also be offered to walk-in guests, while stocks last.

1. Reservations are required. Walk-ins are accepted only if space is available and will be charged RM129 per guest.

3. This event is for adults only, and no pets are allowed.
4. Please be informed that you are required to take off your shoes in the exhibition space. Indoor footwear will be made available.
5. Guests may gently handle selected teaware. Any damage will be charged at full retail price.
6. All teaware items are unique. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.
